Terms of Service for TraceZero.ai

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TraceZero.ai ("the Service"), operated by haogelease LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TraceZero.ai provides an artificial intelligence-based text restructuring and writing assistance tool. The Service is designed to help non-native speakers and writers improve the flow, structure, and readability of their drafts.

3. Academic Integrity and Use of Service (Crucial Disclaimer)

You strictly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is intended to be used as a writing aid and drafting assistant, not as a substitute for your own original work.
  • We do not guarantee that texts processed through TraceZero.ai will bypass, evade, or score 0% on any AI detection algorithms (including but not limited to Turnitin, GPTZero, etc.), as these third-party algorithms are constantly updated.
  • haogelease LLC is not responsible or liable for any academic penalties, disciplinary actions, loss of grades, or institutional investigations resulting from your use of the Service. You assume full responsibility for complying with your educational institution's academic integrity policies.

4. User Content and Third-Party APIs

By submitting text to TraceZero.ai, you grant us a temporary license to process your content. You acknowledge that we utilize third-party AI processing APIs to provide the Service. You represent that you own the rights to the text you submit and that it does not violate any copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, haogelease LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, academic standing, or data, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
